Secret Powers is seeking a full-time Producer to join our growing band of creative heroes. As Producer, you will synthesize client needs with creative objectives, orchestrating project plans and deliverables for a variety of digital video content: trailers, TV spots, digital ads, app previews, explainers and trade show videos. In this position you will manage the project from start to finish, partnering with client and internal teams to define the scope, set the schedule, manage resources and ultimately drive the project to success. Powers You’ll Need:
4-6 years ad agency and/or post-production experience in a digital-first environment; video game marketing experience a huge plus
Proven track record of managing multiple parallel projects, producing high-quality video content on time and on budget
Exceptional oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively work with both client and internal teams
Loves overseeing creatives and assisting in the creation of beautiful, effective and engaging work from start to finish. A collaborator/team-player with managerial experience.
Functional, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Google Docs and Google Office Suite. Also must be ready to learn new software & platforms as needed.
Tools we use that would also be great to know: Slack, Basecamp, Harvest / Forecast, Asana, Instagantt
Oversight of new and ongoing creative production. Creating and managing deadlines, planning for project success, protecting creative time and ensuring positive outcomes at every step of the project life cycle
Internal and Client-facing Communication. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Initiating and maintaining open communication with clients, management and team members. Successfully managing, maintaining, and helping to build client relationships. Is very flexible, adaptable to change and pressure, due to shifting priorities or deadlines. You respond positively to unpredictable situations or problems that can occur throughout their work responsibilities.
Running daily team check-in meetings. Performing regular check-ins to confirm content is progressing as expected and informing team members about any delays or rescheduled deadlines. Keeping track of open issues and unanswered questions and adding them to agendas, when appropriate.
Creating proposals and tracking project budgets. Assist in budget creation, input estimates and budgets prior to kick-off. Track estimates to actual costs during the project lifecycle and manage costs to budget.
